Using
this machine, milk can be boiled without direct heat contact and with the least
amount of energy consumption. This device is equipped with an agitator that has
a variable speed and can be used to mix milk, sugar, and salep. After the
process of mixing these ingredients using freon gas and supply water, the
liquid is cooled to a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. All of these steps are done in this device
